We have our own QC team of 5 employees, each item has their own checking points, and every piece item will be checked by QC team. We will make sure that every item is good to go before shipment.
We have a warehouse of 33,000 square feet, with huge space and great management, we can manage a lot of items. If our clients buy items directly from factory to our warehouse, we can do the free quality control and warehousing.
For our top sellers, we will buy reasonable stock for free so that we can ship their orders right away once we get their orders. In such case, our clients do not need to take any risk for stock.
For each item, we will use the best material and best way to pack them to prevent packages damaged from shipment. We also can customize the packages according to clients’ requirement.
We have a team to take great videos and photos for our clients, so we can help our clients to attract more traffic and avoid to be reported by their competitor.
We have built a great relationship with China Post as we are their biggest client and our offices are in the same building. Besides China post, we also work with many couriers, it allows us to ship all kinds of sensitive items, like knife, battery, liquid, magnetic and so on.
